USE

🌑The client must properly credit me (@EnbyCryptidCats) when sharing the work in public locations such as social media, websites, or other public places.

This includes but is not limited to: Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitch, Youtube, Public Discords, Forums, etc.

🌑It's forbidden to use my works with non-fungible tokens (NFTs), AI, or cryptocurrency of any kind. You may not resell my art without permission and commercial fees.

License and Copyright

🌑I maintain all copyright to my works.

🌑I retain the right to use the work for promotional purposes.

🌑The client has commercial rights to the project, with proper credit.

🌑Clients may not sell or distribute works without proper permissions.

🌑Monetization on platforms with work is allowed by the client.

🌑Reproducing or altering the work to resell for profit is not permitted.

PAYMENTS

🌑Additional fees may be added depending on clients requests, especially if contains higher complexity.

🌑Once payment invoice is sent, refunds will not be allowed. By sending payment you confirm you are committed to the project.

🌑Revisions can no longer be made after project leaves sketch begins.

 

REVISIONS

🌑Sketch/Lining will be sent before colored for confirmation.

🌑Once approved major changes can no longer be mad. Slight changes up to three times are allowed (such as adding blush or slight hue changes).

🌑Any changes beyond those listed will result in an extra charge.

 

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

🌑Rush orders can be requested for an additional 50% of base price.

🌑Orders for less complex projects can be at minimum one week.

🌑Complex orders (such as Live2D art requiring many layers) logically cannot be done in under a month. Therefore, not eligible for rush.

 

 

 

REFUNDS

🌑I reserve the right to cancel the project at any point due to Force Majeure, communication issues, or for any other reason.

🌑If project is mostly or already completed, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

​​🌑If this happens, client may be refunded up to percentage incomplete based on the following terms:

• Cancellation fee is $10.

• Percent equal to what remains incomplete, after cancellation fee is factored in, can be refunded in the case of me (EnbyCryptidCats) needing to cancel order.

🌑Forcibly initiating a dispute will result in being blacklisted. If you open a dispute, I have the right to alter the original commission and sell it to other clients to make up for the cost, effort, and time spent.

 

 

 

Privacy

Publicly sharing message between myself (EnbyCryptidCats) and client is forbidden. Both myself and the client cannot publicly share discussions or screenshots about the order in question (such as price, negotiation, project details).

I am allowed to share progress and completion of works as I please on social media or stream unless the following course of action is taken:

-If client does not wish for the work to be shared until a certain date/time then they must request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), up until the desired date.

Order Process

 

• I will require reference of character and, depending on commission type, pose desired.

(e.g.; Wave, angry, cry emote, sitting character, etc)

• If there is a desired deadline, it should be made clear immediately during order confirmation process. Otherwise, depending on complexity it may take anywhere between one week to a month AFTER all details are confirmed and project can start.​

• Sketch/Lining will be sent before colored for confirmation. Once approved major changes can no longer be made (slight tweaks are okay, such as adding blush or slight hue change).
